I have recently purchased a mini from the garage, after deciding that I wanted a new car. I saw online they had the exact one I wanted, so the next day I went in. Warren was the person who fully dealt with me and he was amazing! He went through everything perfectly and made sure that I understood it all. He was not patronising and made me feel very comfortable. I had recently had a bad experience with a car salesman, so I was very worried. But there was no need at all! This garage fully look after their customers and Warren was just so fantastic throughout the whole process. I will definitely be going back here and using their service department across the road, when it is needed! Absolutely love this garage!

Just purchased a Mini Clubman Cooper S from Thrapston Garage. Car was in a very presentable condition on viewing unlike a similar vehicle at Carshop! Salesman Warren and the team went above and beyond fixing a couple of minor issues with the car before delivery in a very timely manner. Would thoroughly recommend a smaller family run dealership unlike the larger Car Supermarkets who just want to sell you finance and have no real customer care.

As an added bonus the cafe they share a forecourt with does an excellent breakfast whilst you are waiting for the car to be readied.

I began searching for a mini a couple of months ago and discovered that Thrapston Garage is now a mini specialist with a large range to meet all different budgets. We knew exactly the age and mileage we wanted and were shown a couple of cars to meet this criteria. After test drives we chose a beautiful 5 door cream Cooper and refreshingly the negotiation was painless - no awkwardness or pressure which is often the case with the main dealerships. There were a couple of things that needed sorting once purchased but the after sales care was great and Warren went over and above to ensure that we were happy with the car and their customer service. I would therefore highly recommend Thrapston Garage to all mini lovers and will definitely look there again when this one gets passed down to the teenagers.

After walking around the area, I spotted a gorgeous Mini Convertible at Thrapston Garage. The next day, I called up and spoke to Warren who invited us in for a test drive that same day. Warren was super helpful, polite and not pushy in the slightest and offered so many extras on top of the car. I picked up my new car this morning and couldn't be more delighted. Warren again talked me through all the car features and offered to check my car out for free whenever I was making long road trips in the future. An amazing salesman and a credit to the Garage!

Been using this garage for a car service and mot for almost 10years. Always helpful and honest. Alex on desk always tells you what the car might need going forward. Then lets you make the decision for yourself. None of this "you must get this fixed". Also not to expensive and will do a service and mot while you walk around the lakes as I don't live in the area. I always recommend garage to everyone even if it's means travelling a distance to them.

The service at TS is a refreshing change from more or less every other service provider in the 21st century - really.
Their response in my long experience of them has always been; quick, polite and expert. When something's not done well, and it occasionally happens, there is no avoidance of responsibility, and rectification is speedy. Car sales and vehicle servicing alike are to be recommended, especially the latter. Nice job chaps - keep it up.

Recently brought a Seat from this garage.

Very easy and straight forward process.

Had the car within a matter days of saying yes, which was handy for us and helpful.

The car was missing it's second key but helped getting this sorted for us and ordering in from main dealer and even had someone come to the house and sync to the car for us a week and half after having the car. This was helpful as it's meant we could take the car when we wanted and never had to leave the house to get it sorted (we've got a 6 month old, so we appreciated that).

The car also had a fresh MOT and provided a full service history, which was important to us.

Warren was very helpful and quick with responding regarding any questions/issues we had in the days leading up to purchasing the vehicle. Also left us to look around the vehicle countless times across a few different days which I liked as I don't like to feel pushed/pressured.

We have actually used Thrapston Garage before. My family bought a Mercedes from them some years ago, and they were great then, too.
